Summary
The Magellan Maestro 4040 really offers a lot of features for the money. Not only are their basic GPS navigation software and maps excellent, but with features like Bluetooth for this price, how can you go wrong? The one thing I hear time and time again, is Magellan has poor customer service. I must say, I’ve heard that about Garmin, too. Unfortunately, I think bad customer service is par for the course in this industry. Personally, I wouldn’t buy a GPS system based on customer service. I would consider the features and price more. But that’s just me.
